一、彻底转变教育理念在教学中,教师的角色要彻底转变,一改过去课堂霸主的地位。多年来,总认为教师深入细致、全面系统的讲解是必须。结果是教师讲得头头是道,学生听得昏昏欲睡;锻炼了教师的口才,荒废了学生的学业;教师成了学习的主体,学生成了学习的客体;教师对知识了如指掌,理解深刻;学生对知识一知半解,认识肤浅。通过教学理论的学习和自身的实践,我深深认识到转变角色的重要性,深刻体会到“教师为主导,学生为主体”的内涵。教师一定要把学习的主动权交还给学生,教师
