本刊讯北京市副市长陈刚表示,此前北京市对住宅产业化的面积奖励政策将继续有效,同时土地出让环节也会明确产业化要求,并逐步推广钢结构建筑。在具体的工作中,本市相关部门要健全政策法规体系,加强组织领导,完善技术和标准体系,改革创新管理机制,强化能力建设,扎实做好各项工作,建设和谐宜居之都。
