目的：分析甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院62例异位妊娠患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组。分别采用甲氨蝶呤治疗，甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗。结果：治疗后，观察组HCG下降幅度、HCG恢复正常值所需时间、包块缩小或消失率显著优于对照组；治愈率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠较单用甲氨蝶呤疗效显著，值得临床上推广应用。“,”Objective: to analyze the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: the clinical data of 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were retrospectively divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with methotrexate, while the observation group was treated with methotrexate combined with mifepristone.Results:after treatment, the decrease of HCG, the normal time of HCG recovery, the reduction or disappearance rate of the lump, and the cure rate were significantly beter than those of the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is more effective than methotrexate alone, which is worthy of clinical application.
