网络在以出版快速、传播广泛、费用低廉、交互功能强大、更新信息便利赢得越来越多读者青睐的同时 ,也为出版者提供了广阔的空间。它打破了传统的出版模式 ,推动了出版业的变革 ,使得出版者可以在全球范围内共享信息资源和人才资源。但网络也给出版业带来新的问题 ,特别是对知识产权保护提出了严峻挑战。传统出版与网络出版不是彼此取代的对立关系 ,而应是相辅相成、齐头并进的关系。
The network has won more and more readers’ favor in the fast publication, wide spread, low cost, strong interactive function and convenience of information updating, and also provides ample space for publishers. It breaks the traditional publishing model and drives changes in the publishing industry, allowing publishers to share information and human resources globally. However, the network also brings new problems to the publishing industry. In particular, it poses a serious challenge to the protection of intellectual property. Traditional publishing and online publishing are not mutually exclusive antagonistic relations, but should complement and go hand in hand.
