浅井工程是地质普查找矿工作中常使用的手段之一。甘肃西部地区,地广人稀,戈壁滩及丘陵地较多,地表覆盖较厚,在地质普查探矿中,浅井工程常被广泛采用;而另一特点是浅井井下平巷较长,一般在80~120m,最长达180m,出碴提升量大,不仅拖长了施工时间,而且工人的劳动强度也大。同时,由于野外施工,交通不便,流动分散等特点,给浅井施工机械化作业造成了困难。为了解决我区设井工程中的提升问题,我队结合地区特点,通过几年的生产试验,终于在1983年研制成功了一种生产能力较大的GT-150型浅井提升机。
Shallow well engineering is one of the most frequently used tools for prospecting work in geological prospecting. Gansu western region, sparsely populated, more Gobi and hilly land, thick cover, geological survey in prospecting, shallow wells are often widely used projects; while the other is characterized by shallow wells downhole long, usually in the 80 ~ 120m, up to 180m, a large amount of ballast lifting, not only delayed the construction time, but also the labor intensity of workers is also large. At the same time, due to the characteristics of field construction, traffic inconvenience and flow dispersion, it has caused difficulties in mechanized operation of shallow wells. In order to solve the problem of lifting engineering in our district, our team successfully developed a GT-150 type shallow shaft hoist with large production capacity through the production test of several years combined with the regional characteristics.
