目的测定附片中总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和总无机盐的含量。方法按2010年版《中国药典》的方法,测定附片中总灰分和酸不溶性灰分;采用EDTA滴定法测定附片中总无机盐的含量。结果附片中总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和总无机盐的含量差异很大,且显著高于生附子,表明附子加工炮制明显增加了总灰分和无机盐的含量,可能是胆巴漂洗不净、褪胆不全所致。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,可作为附片的质量控制方法。
Objective To determine the content of total ash, acid insoluble ash and total inorganic salts in the pellets. Methods According to the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” method, the determination of total ash and acid insoluble ash content; EDTA titration method for determination of total inorganic salt content. Results The contents of total ash, acid-insoluble ash and total inorganic salts in the epididymal plate were significantly different and significantly higher than those of the raw aconite, indicating that the processing of aconite increased the total ash and inorganic salt content significantly, Incomplete. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used as a quality control method for the attached tablets.
