小康社会作为一种社会理念,其外在表现是社会主义初级阶段的一个发展阶段,其内在深层根源和根本体现的是人的活动规律和发展本质,进一步说就是人的社会性。只有把人的发展贯穿于小康社会的全部发展过程,我们才能说发展的是具有社会主义性质的、体现最广大人民根本利益的小康社会。
As a social concept, a well-off society as its external manifestation is a stage of development in the primary stage of socialism. Its deep roots and fundamental manifestations are the law of human activities and the essence of its development. It further states that it is human sociality. Only by penetrating the entire course of human development in a well-to-do society can we say that we are developing a well-to-do society featuring socialism and embodying the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.
