利用有限元软件对BP-1100/700型颚式破碎机动颚进行了仿真分析,计算结果表明原支架结构设计存在不合理因素,这是导致实际应用中动颚支架过早破坏的主要原因。通过改进结构设计改善了力学性能,实现了最大工作载荷作用下应力的合理分布,大大降低了最大工作应力。同时计算分析了改进前后动颚支架的自由振动特性,改进前后结构基本振动形式没有明显变化,改进后结构具有较好的刚度。实践表明,本研究既解决了工程实际问题,又能为颚式破碎机动颚支架的结构设计提供有益参考。
The finite element software is used to simulate the moving jaw of BP-1100/700 jaw crusher. The calculation results show that there are unreasonable factors in the design of the original brace structure, which is the main cause of the premature failure of the movable jaw support in practical application. By improving the structural design to improve the mechanical properties, to achieve the maximum working load under the rational distribution of stress, greatly reducing the maximum working stress. At the same time, the free vibration characteristics of the movable jaw support before and after the improvement were calculated and analyzed. There was no obvious change in the basic vibration form before and after the improvement, and the improved structure has better rigidity. Practice shows that this study not only solves the practical engineering problems, but also provides a useful reference for the structural design of jaw crusher movable jaw support.
