目的:探讨肺动脉肉瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法:通过报道1例肺动脉肉瘤并结合有关文献分析。结果:原发性肺动脉肉瘤极其罕见,易局部复发和转移。结论:本病诊断困难,治疗是手术切除并结合放疗和化疗。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of pulmonary artery sarcoma. Methods: One case of pulmonary arterial sarcoma was reported and analyzed with relevant literature. Results: Primary pulmonary sarcoma is extremely rare, with local recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion: The diagnosis of this disease is difficult. The treatment is surgical resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
