权力既是一种控制力,也是一种影响力。领导者一般都有两个权力:一是位置权力,也称职位权力;是行为规范权力,也称非职位权力。位置权力是外界(指社会组织或上级)给予的,根据一定的职务所赋予的权力;行为规范权力是领导者个人所具有的品德、能力、威信而赢得的尊重和拥护所获得的权力。这两种权力反映在领导者身上,表现为位置影响力和行为规范影响力。位置影响力,主要表现为在职责范围内的一种支配和影响力量,无职无权这种影响力是不存在的。位置影响力具有强制性,靠外力推动发生作用,它产生于领导活动之前,其决定权在组织而不在于个人,它与领导者的自身条件
Power is both a controlling force and an influence. Leaders generally have two powers: First, position power, also known as position power; it is behavioral norm power, also known as non-position power. Positional power is given by the outside world (referring to social organizations or superiors) according to the power given to a certain position; the power of behavioral norms is the power of respect and support gained by the leader’s personal qualities, abilities, and prestige. These two powers are reflected in the leaders and are expressed as position influence and influence of behavioral norms. Positional influence is mainly manifested as a kind of dominating and influencing power within the scope of duties. This influence does not exist when there is no duty or power. Position influence is mandatory, external force is used to promote the effect, it is generated before the leadership activity, and its decision-making power lies in the organization but not in the individual, and it’s own condition with the leader.
