蛋白质组学技术迅猛发展,已成为当今生命科学领域中极其活跃的学科。目前,蛋白质组学研究在疾病的诊断方面得到了广泛的运用。通过比较疾病组织或血浆与正常对照之间蛋白质组的表达差异,发现与疾病发生发展相关、特异的新的蛋白标记物,促进疾病早期诊断,这在肿瘤、神经系统等疾病诊断中已经取得了一些进展。同时,尿液、唾液、脑脊液等蛋白质组学研究也相继开展,成为血浆蛋白质组学的有益补充。这些蛋白质不仅可以用来对疾病进行诊断,有的还可以在临床用药方面作为监测指标,以指导个体化用药。文中对近年来蛋白质组学在疾病诊断及其临床用药指导方面作一简要综述。
