特权,就是特殊的权利,具体指个人或集团凭借其政治地位与经济实力、公共权力与特殊身份而在经济、政治、文化、社会等领域所享有的特殊权力和既得利益。特权思想、特权现象的存在,无疑与正义、公平的要求相对立,必然招致绝大多数人的反对。所以,我们必须充分认识目前特权思想和特权现象的主要表现形式,以及对党对社会对人民的严重危害和形成原因,同时采取有力措施,予以坚决反对和克服。
Privilege is a special right, which refers specifically to the special powers and vested interests of individuals or groups in the economic, political, cultural and social fields by virtue of their political status and economic power, public power and special status. The existence of privileged thinking and privileged phenomena undoubtedly opposes the requirements of justice and fairness, which inevitably lead to the overwhelming majority opposition. Therefore, we must fully understand the main manifestations of the present privileged thinking and privileged phenomena, as well as the reasons for the grave harm and the formation of the party to the society against the people, and at the same time take effective measures to resolutely oppose and overcome it.
