为适应杭州电网的建设和发展,引进国内外电力工业的新技术,市电力局在制订全局“八五科技规划”和“年度科技计划”的过程中,有意识地借助科技情报工作的特点,列出几个新技术课题进行情报调研,收集多种可供选择的方案进行比较和分析,使国内外新的电力科技成果在杭州电网中因地制宜地得到应用,从而促使杭州电网技术水平的提高。近年来,已实施的新技术主要有如下几项:
In order to adapt to the construction and development of the Hangzhou power grid and introduce new technologies at home and abroad, the Municipal Electric Power Bureau consciously took advantage of the characteristics of scientific and technological intelligence work in formulating the overall “8th Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology” and “Annual Science and Technology Plan”. Several new technical issues were investigated and intelligence research was conducted. Various alternatives were selected for comparison and analysis. The new domestic and foreign power technology results were applied in the Hangzhou power grid due to local conditions, thus promoting the improvement of Hangzhou power grid technology level.
