研究了不同热循环次数对复合材料组织与性能的影响规律。性能测试结果表明,15~300℃热循环条件下,随循环次数的增加,SiCw/Al复合材料的拉伸强度明显下降,并且硬度略有降低。透射电镜观察结果表明,经1000次热循环后,复合材料界面处出现一些新相,破坏了循环处理前良好的界面结合。对复合材料拉伸断口的扫描电镜观察结果表明,热循环处理后复合材料拉伸断口处晶须拔出现象增多,说明界面结合强度降低。
The effects of different thermal cycles on the microstructure and properties of the composites were studied. The results of the performance test show that the tensile strength of SiCw / Al composites decreases obviously and the hardness decreases slightly with the increase of cycles under the temperature of 15 ~ 300 ℃. TEM observations showed that after 1000 thermal cycles, some new phases appeared at the interface of composites, which destroyed the good interfacial bonding before cyclic treatment. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) on the tensile fracture of the composites show that the pull-out phenomenon of the whiskers at the tensile fracture of the composite increases after the heat cycle treatment, indicating that the bonding strength of the composite decreases.
