“经济转型”已经成为20世纪末期使用最广泛、内涵最多和理论最深奥的一个名词。前苏联东欧国家经济正在转型,中国经济正在转型,日本经济正在转型,而美国经济,据现任克林顿政府劳工部长的哈佛大学教授罗伯特·赖克说,同样也在转型。读完他的《国家的作用—21世纪的资本主义前景》(《The work of Nations—Preparing Ourselves for 21st CenturyCapitalism》,1991,上海译文出版社1994年版)一书,合卷凝思,若有所得,欣然命笔。
“Economic restructuring” has become one of the most widely used, connotative and the most profound theories in the late twentieth century. The economy of the former Soviet Union and Eastern European countries is undergoing a transformation. China’s economy is undergoing a transformation. Japan’s economy is undergoing a transformation. The U.S. economy, according to Harvard University professor Robert Reich, now the Labor Minister of the Clinton administration, is also in transition.
