‘對外貿易部文書處理的登記制度’一文,介紹了對外貿易部從今年開始的新的文書登记制度,大家可作為參考。這里介紹的是一個大機關文書登記的方式,在選擇登記制度時必須從機關的具體情况出發來確定在哪些環節和採用什麼方式進行登記,過於簡單或過於繁琐都會收不到登記文件的全面的效果。本期還登載了中國人民大學檔案歷史教研室韋慶遠、何其燔兩同志寫的一篇介紹中國古代檔案工作歷史的文章,據中國人民大學檔案專修科的負責同志說,這篇東西只是根據初步收集的材料寫成的,論述的觀點也未見完全正確,寫出來一方面向讀者介紹一些中國檔案工作的歷史,一方面还請在這方面有研究的同志批評指正和介紹一些材料。
