由中国建筑金属结构协会塑料门窗委员会和中国建筑标准设计研究院会同芜湖海螺型材科技股份有限公司、西安高科建材科技有限公司、浙江中财型材有限责任公司、大连实德科技发展有限公司、亚萨合莱国强(山东)五金科技有限公司、哈尔滨中大型材科技股份有限公司、河南科饶恩门窗有限公司共同编制的《塑料门窗》国家建筑标准设计图集,住房和城乡建设部已于2016年12月15日建质函[2016]286号文《关于批准<彩色涂层钢板门窗>等8项国家建筑标准设计的通知》批准,国家建筑标准设计图集《塑料门窗》(16J604)自2017年1月1日起实施。原《未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)塑料门窗》(07J604)同时作废。
By the China Construction Metal Structure Association Plastic Doors and Windows Committee and China Building Standard Design and Research Institute in conjunction with Wuhu Conch Profiles Technology Co., Ltd., Xi’an High-Tech Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongcai profiles limited liability company, Dalian Shide Technology Development Co., Ltd., National Standard Design Atlas of Plastics and Windows & Doors & Collars jointly compiled by Guoqiang (Shandong) Hardware Technology Co., Ltd., Harbin Zhongda Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Henan Branch Rao’en Door & Window Co., Ltd., the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development was established in 2016 On January 15, Jianyuanshan [2016] No. 286, “Approve the Notice on Designing 8 National Building Standards, such as Color-coated Steel Sheet Doors and Windows,” approved by the State Building Standard Design Atlas of “Plastic Doors and Windows” (16J604) since 2017 January 1 implementation. The original “unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) plastic doors and windows” (07J604) also void.
