目的了解三台县镇乡免疫规划工作人力资料现状,为镇乡基本公共卫生均等化服务专业人员队伍建设提供基础资料,为县级免疫规划策略的制定提供参考。方法采用填写调查表和查阅资料等方法对全县63个镇乡的免疫规划工作人员年龄、工作年限、学历、技术职称等现状进行调查。结果专职占44.83%、兼职占55.17%;编制内人员占64.53%、临聘人员占35.47%。学历:本科占2.96%、大专占46.80%、中专占45.81%、高中及以下占4.43%。平均从事免疫规划工作年限4.46年。结论由于实施扩大免疫规划和基本公共卫生服务均等化,镇乡免疫规划工作量剧增,而人员配置的不合理及专业素养和待遇较低,导致岗位稳定性差和全县免疫规划工作的不平衡。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources for immunization planning in towns and villages in Santai County and provide basic data for the construction of basic public health equalization service professionals in towns and villages so as to provide reference for the formulation of immunization planning strategies at county level. Methods The survey questionnaires, access to information and other methods were used to survey the current status of immunization planning staff in 63 townships, including their age, working life, academic record and technical titles. The results accounted for 44.83% full-time, part-time accounted for 55.17%; preparation of staff accounted for 64.53%, hiring staff accounted for 35.47%. Education: Bachelor 2.96%, junior college 46.80%, secondary 45.81%, high school and below 4.43%. The average working life of immunization planning is 4.46 years. Conclusion Due to the implementation of EPI and equalization of basic public health services, the workload of immunization planning in townships and townships has increased dramatically. However, unreasonable staffing and low professional qualifications and treatment have led to poor job stability and unbalanced immunization planning in the county .
