今年黄淮海地区大豆播种前期气象条件总体较好,气温与常年持平。黄淮南部6月初出现大雨,土壤墒情普遍较好,但小麦收获期比常年推迟2-3天,大豆播期相应延迟;黄淮北部降雨比常年同期偏少,近期温度上升较快,部分地区土壤墒情下降,但对小麦加快腾茬、夏大豆适期播种总体有利。为指导黄淮海地区抓好夏大豆生产,农业部大豆专家指导组和全国一一农业技术推广服务中心会商提出如下生产技术指导意见。
