随着市场经济不断发展,企业文化建设的作用在企业发展中日益凸显。企业文化建设逐渐对企业的创新能力产生一定的影响。企业文化是企业发展的灵魂,能够为企业发展指引方向,一个优秀企业要想发展与创新首先要具备先进的企业文化。同时企业文化能直接或者间接的将企业发展的价值取向以及发展趋势表现出来。基于此,本文对企业文化理论进行阐述,研究企业文化在企业创新中的作用。
With the continuous development of market economy, the role of corporate culture construction has become increasingly prominent in the development of enterprises. The construction of enterprise culture gradually has an impact on the innovation ability of enterprises. Corporate culture is the soul of enterprise development, can guide the direction of business development, a good business in order to develop and innovate must first have advanced corporate culture.
