根据我台配电房现有的接线方式在运行中存在的不足,依托现有的接线方式,设计一种将其优化的接线——10KV采用单母线分段,0.4KV采用具有备用变压器的环网接线开环运行,以满足电能系统电气接线的可靠性、灵活性等方面的要求。并通过在母线分段开关处增加备自投、在10KV出线开关处增加自动重合闸、在0.4KV配电环节中增加具有备自投功能的联络开关、采用开关设备和馈线终端单元(FTU)等措施,增强配电自动化,以提高我配电系统的可靠性、缩短事故造成的停电时间。
