素质教育的内涵概括起来就是面向全体、全面发展、主动发展。全面推进素质教育就是全面贯彻党的教育方针,提高全民族素质,培养适应21世纪所需要的具有创新精神和实践能力的人才。化学创新教育的重点是培养学生的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力。创新就是弃旧扬新,有所发现,有所发明,有所创造。创新不仅仅是发现那些前人未曾发现的东西,也包括对于自己来说是新鲜的,有生命力的东西。
The connotation of quality education can be summed up as a whole, all-round development and initiative development. To promote quality-oriented education in an all-round way means to fully implement the party’s education policy, improve the quality of the whole nation, and cultivate qualified personnel with innovative spirit and practical ability that are suitable for the 21st century. The focus of chemical innovation education is to cultivate students’ innovative awareness, innovative spirit and ability to innovate. Innovation is to abandon the old and new, some discoveries, some inventions, have created. Innovation does more than just discover something that no one has previously discovered, but also something new and alive to you.
