The study was conducted at the British steel-tech Teesside Laboratory in Middlesbrough, England, and a waste-treatment plant that recovered 200,000 t of scrap metal a year. At present, the recovered scrap metal is obtained from incinerated civilian waste residue. Has now recovered nearly 46,000 tons of scrap metal, packaged by the quality level sold to the steelmaking plant. These recovered metal scrap contains a lower amount of metal (less than
