本文报告经手术与尸检证实的脊髓硬膜外脓肿39例。急性组20例,慢性组19例,年龄11～77岁,女26例,男13例。发病率为每年住院病人的0.2～1.2(?)。感染来源38％为椎骨骨髓炎,26％菌血症,16％术后感染。外伤是重要诱因(30％)。临床上全部先有背痛或棘突痛,35例为根痛。多数急性起病,部分有定向力障碍,头痛。平均体温39℃,37例脊柱局部压痛,14例有颈硬。急性组中3例仅背和根痛,17例有
This article reports 39 cases of epidural abscess confirmed by surgery and autopsy. 20 cases of acute group, 19 cases of chronic group, aged 11 to 77 years, 26 females, 13 males.
