粘附分子分为三类:免疫球蛋白超族,整合素族和选择素族。其中免疫球蛋白超族中的ICAM-1,ICAM-2,VCAM-1在内皮细胞表面表达,与哮喘密切相关,在变应原剌激后,分别与炎症细胞上的配体结合,参与炎症细胞的跨内皮转移。本文阐述了粘附分子在哮喘中的作用机制主要是粘附分子参与了多种炎症细胞的粘附和跨内皮转移,使炎症细胞粘附到支气管内皮细胞而引起气道高反应。为我们用分子免疫学治疗哮喘提供了新途径。
Adhesion molecules fall into three categories: immunoglobulin superfamilies, integrins and selectors. ICAM-1, ICAM-2 and VCAM-1 in immunoglobulin superfamily are expressed on the surface of endothelial cells and are closely related to asthma. After being stimulated by allergen, ICAM-1, ICAM-2 and VCAM-1 bind to ligands on inflammatory cells respectively, Trans-endothelial cell migration. This article describes the role of adhesion molecules in asthma mechanism is mainly adhesion molecules involved in a variety of inflammatory cell adhesion and trans-endothelial transfer, the adhesion of inflammatory cells to the bronchial endothelial cells caused by airway hyperresponsiveness. It provides a new way for us to treat asthma with molecular immunology.
