为探讨高龄急性心肌梗塞的特点，对１１８例高龄组（＞７５岁）急性心梗患者的一般特点，并发症、死亡原因等作了分析，并与同期住院的３２５例对照组（≤７５例岁）患者进行比较。结果发现，高龄组中女性多、束支传导阻滞发生率高、既往有过心肌梗塞者多、无Ｑ波心梗发生率高、发生并发症者多、病死率高，与对照组比较，差异均有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），但死亡原因两组差异无显著性。
To investigate the characteristics of elderly acute myocardial infarction, the general characteristics, complications and causes of death in 118 elderly patients (> 75 years old) with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed and compared with 325 patients in the same period (≤75 cases Year old) patients. The results showed that in the senior group, there were more females, higher incidence of bundle branch block, past history of myocardial infarction, higher incidence of Q-wave myocardial infarction, more complication, and higher mortality. Compared with the control group, The difference was highly significant (P <0.01), but the cause of death was no significant difference between the two groups.
