With the rapid development of modern information technology, multi-media teaching methods are widely used in the unparalleled advantages of traditional teaching methods. Primary Chinese is a basic course. Teachers should give full play to the advantages of modern educational technology in primary Chinese teaching, make innovations in Chinese teaching by means of multimedia, stimulate students ’innovative awareness, innovative thinking, innovative ability and students’ literacy accomplishment.
