一般来说,现代证券市场具有四大经济功: 1.融资功能。在商品经济运行过程中,一方面企业和政府经常作为资金的需求者,需要筹集资金来满足其经济发展需要;另一方面居民作为资金供给者,需要寻求投资的渠道。在证券市场上,借助于证券信用的方式,通过出售和购买有价证券,实现储蓄转化为投资的活动,解决了资金供求的矛盾,发挥证券市场资金融通的功能。
In general, the modern securities market has four major economic functions: 1. Financing function. In the course of the operation of commodity economy, on the one hand, enterprises and governments often act as demanders of funds and need to raise funds to meet their economic development needs; on the other hand, residents, as fund providers, need to seek investment channels. In the stock market, with the help of securities credit, the sale and purchase of securities are used to realize the activities of converting savings into investments, solving the contradiction between supply and demand of capital and giving play to the function of capital circulation in the securities market.
