去年,我们组织11家国有大中型企业,就当前职工队伍的某些基本素质状况,作了一次问卷调查。收到问卷应答表1107份,其中工人岗304人占28％,班组长岗148人占13.8％,管理岗232人占21.5％,科室岗242人占22.5％,工会干部53人占4.8％,中层干部100人占9.3％;中共党员409人占37.8％,团员117名占10.8％,群众549名占50.8％;年龄45岁以下者占大多数,有一定的代表性。
Last year, we organized 11 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises to conduct a questionnaire survey on some basic quality conditions of the current workforce. 1107 questionnaires were received, among which 304 were workers, 28% were employed, 148 were employed as team leaders, 13.8% were employed as management posts, 232 were management posts, 21.5% were management posts, 242 were employees, and 53 were union workers, accounting for 4.8% 100 middle-level cadres accounted for 9.3%; CPC members accounted for 37.8% of 409, 117 members accounted for 10.8%, 549 people accounted for 50.8%; under the age of 45 accounted for the majority, there is a certain representation.
