一、前言:近年来,有机气氛腐蚀已引起国内外的重视,并作了大量工作。我们对有机气氛的重视和研究,也是从本厂木钟产品在储存过程中发生不同程度变色,生锈开始的。木钟的机芯大部分是铜材,还有一部分钢件镀锌、镀镍、氧化等。钟壳为木制,包装用聚乙烯薄膜,最后装纸箱。对库存为1~2年的木钟进行了抽查,发现机芯变色生锈是主要质量问题。在抽查的132台钟里,变色生锈55台,占抽查总数的41.7%。变色生锈的主要原因同钟壳材料,包装材料和库房条件有关。木钟在大气环境中受到的腐蚀远远小于在有机气氛中受到的腐蚀。针对这一情况,我们进行了一系列的试验和研究,现在试验研究结果已用于大批生产,并得到了与试验相符合的效果,大大减少了木钟遭受有机气氛腐蚀。
I. Foreword: In recent years, organic atmosphere corrosion has drawn great attention both at home and abroad and a lot of work has been done. Our emphasis on organic atmosphere and research, but also from the factory wooden bell products in the storage process of varying degrees of discoloration, rust began. Wood clock movement is mostly copper, there are some steel galvanized, nickel, oxidation and so on. Bell shell for the wood, polyethylene film packaging, the last loaded carton. Inventory of 1 to 2 years of wood bell spot checks and found that the movement discoloration rust is the main quality problems. In the sampling of 132 sets of clocks, color rust 55 sets, accounting for 41.7% of the total number of spot checks. The main reason for discoloration rust is related to bell shell materials, packaging materials and warehouse conditions. Wood clock corrosion in the atmosphere is far less than the erosion of the organic atmosphere. In response to this situation, we conducted a series of experiments and studies, and now the results of the pilot study has been used in mass production, and has been consistent with the test results, greatly reducing the wood clock organic corrosion.
