本文介绍我们测量主轴双周晃动的几种方法,求出了主轴中心在空间的运动轨迹。采用一种实验方法证实了滑动轴系的双周晃动是由油膜“滚动”引起的。文中综合了大量实验观测结果,讨论了双周晃动的特征和影响因素;研究了轴晃误差的空间分布,指出存在双周晃动时,主轴轴线的运动轨迹通常是单叶旋转双曲面;还研究了润滑油种类对双周晃动的影响。最后介绍了减小或消除双周晃动的几种方法。
This article describes several ways we can measure the double-sided wobbling of a spindle and find the trajectory of the center of the spindle in space. An experimental method was used to confirm that the bi-weekly slippage of the sliding shaft system was caused by “rolling” of the oil film. In this paper, a large number of experimental observations are summarized, and the characteristics and influencing factors of bi-weekly sloshing are discussed. The spatial distribution of axial-shaky errors is studied. It is pointed out that the locus of spindle axis is usually a single-leaf hyperboloid with bi-weekly shaking. The effect of lubricant type on bi-weekly shaking. Finally, several ways to reduce or eliminate bi-weekly shaking are introduced.
