利用微量元素硒与维生素Ｅ合用治疗２０例急性心肌梗塞患者，每例观察２１ｄ。结果经统计学处理后发现该两种药物合用可降低血清中ＣＫ－ＭＢ、ＣＫ、ＡＳＴ、ＬＤＨ水平及心电图ΣＳＴ段抬高程度，提示：硒与维生素Ｅ合用具有一定的心肌细胞保护作用。
Twenty patients with acute myocardial infarction were treated with selenium and vitamin E for 21 days. Results The results showed that the combination of these two drugs could reduce the levels of CK-MB, CK, AST and LDH in serum and the elevation of ΣST segment in electrocardiogram, suggesting that the combination of selenium and vitamin E could protect cardiomyocytes.
