公路工程竣工结算是控制公路工程造价的最后一道程序,其关系到公路工程建筑的质量和施工单位的成本。公路工程竣工结算结果能够判断公路工程造价是否合理,无论是业主还是施工单位,都非常重视对公路工程造价的计算。公路工程竣工结算能够影响公路工程建筑的质量和施工单位的利益,还能够影响公路工程造价的实际结果。本文主要对公路工程竣工结算阶段的造价管理与控制进行了分析,并针对其存在的问题提出了相应的解决措施。
Completion of road construction settlement is to control the final cost of highway construction process, which relates to the quality of highway construction and construction unit cost. Completion of highway construction settlement results to determine the reasonableness of highway construction cost, whether the owners or construction units, attach great importance to the highway project cost calculation. Completion of road construction settlement can affect the quality of highway construction and construction unit’s interests, but also can affect the actual results of highway construction cost. This article mainly analyzes the cost management and control during the completion and settlement of highway engineering, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems.
