立党为公、执政为民是“三个代表”重要思想的本质要求。我们党的一切工作都必须以最广大人民的根本利益为出发点和落脚点。近年来,自治区党委、政府认真学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,紧紧围绕发展这个党执政兴国的第一要务,坚持人民的利益高于一切,切实解决群众的实际困难和问题。坚决纠正损害群众利益的不正之风,进一步密切了党同人民群众的血肉联系,促进了经济和社会各项事业的发展。加强教育,正确引导,切实增强广大党员干部维护群众利益的自觉性。全心全意为人民服务,是我们党同一切剥削阶级政党的根本区别。要做到这一点,必须使立党为公、执政为民深深扎
Building the Party for the sake of the public and governing for the people are the essential requirements of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ All the work of our party must be based on the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people as the starting point and the ending point. In recent years, the party committees and governments in the autonomous regions have conscientiously studied and implemented the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ closely followed the development of the top priority for this party in governing and rejuvenating the country, insisted that the interests of the people surpass all and that the actual difficulties and problems of the masses are effectively solved. Resolutely correct unhealthy practices that harm the interests of the people, further increase the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the people and promote the development of all economic and social undertakings. Strengthen education, correctly guide and conscientiously enhance the conscientiousness of the majority of party members and cadres in safeguarding the interests of the people. To serve the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental difference between our party and all the parties that exploit the class.
