针对建筑工程项目建设而言,从工程项目建设意向的确定、工程项目的建成直到工程竣工验收的整个过程中,工程造价管理都是其中的关键。工程造价管理不仅受到工程内容的影响,还与建设地区的竞技水平、建设者的管理水平和技术水平以及当地的政策息息相关。本文分析了我国建筑工程造价管理的现状,并因此提出了工程造价全过程管理的改革措施,旨在为我国的建筑工程造价管理提供理论参考。
For the construction of construction projects, from the construction project intentions to determine the completion of the project until the completion of the project acceptance process, the project cost management is one of the key. Project cost management is not only affected by the content of the project, but also with the level of competition in the construction area, the builder’s management and technical level, as well as local policies. This paper analyzes the status quo of construction cost management in our country, and puts forward the reform measures of the whole process cost management of construction cost, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for our construction cost management.
