[目的]建立唑草酮在水-沉积物系统中的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]使用Themo BETASIL C18柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(体积比80∶20)为流动相,在UV 243 nm下,用外标法对唑草酮进行定量分析。[结果]在0.2~50 mg/L范围内,唑草酮质量浓度与对应的峰面积间呈良好的线性关系;当水中添加质量浓度为0.4~4.0 mg/L时,水中的平均回收率为91.3%~95.0%,RSD为1.3%~3.6%;当沉积物中添加质量分数为0.8~8.0 mg/kg时,沉积物中的平均回收率为78.3%~86.8%,RSD为0.9%~3.5%。[结论]该方法快速、灵敏、稳定,可用于水-沉积物系统中唑草酮的检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the determination of fospivoxigenin in water-sediment system. [Method] With the use of Themo BETASIL C18 column, methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (volume ratio 80:20) were used as the mobile phase. [Result] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of picoxystrobin and the corresponding peak area in the range of 0.2-50 mg / L. The average recoveries of water in the concentration of 0.4-4.0 mg / L were 91.3% ~ 95.0% and RSD of 1.3% ~ 3.6%. The average recoveries of sediments from 78.3% to 86.8% with RSD of 0.8% ~ 8.0 mg / kg were 0.9% ~ 3.5% %. [Conclusion] The method was rapid, sensitive and stable and could be used for the determination of oxacillin in water-sediment system.
