在国内外,两排大间距冲天炉是一种新型送风方式的冲天炉,应用效果很好。但理论分析的文献不多,尤其对过热理论的分析存在分岐[1、2]。本研究应用了近代发展的近似D——最优设计,即Dn——最优设计法进行了底焦燃烧的热态模拟试验。得出了风口排距、风口分配比和风口比等三个主要参数的变化对炉内炉气温度分布规律影响的数学模型。运用数学分析提出主要工艺参数选择的理论依据。经五个工厂的生产检验,效果比较显著。
At home and abroad, two rows of large-pitch cupola is a new type of cupola, the application effect is very good. However, there is not much literature on theoretical analysis, especially on the analysis of overheating theory [1,2]. In this study, the approximate D-optimal design of modern development was applied, that is, Dn-optimal design method was used to simulate the bottom coke combustion. The mathematical models of the influence of the three main parameters of tuyere row distance, tuyere distribution ratio and tuyere ratio on the furnace gas temperature distribution are obtained. Using mathematical analysis to propose the main technical parameters of the theoretical basis. After five factories of production inspection, the effect is more significant.
