文学批评应该讲“度”，对作家作品既不应“捧”杀，也不应“棒”杀，应辩证地、实事求是地评判作家作品，这才是文学评论的健康发展之路。孙王君批判钱钟书先生的《围城》，说人物不是文学典型，是哲学理念；结构松散、情节拖沓；行文过于文化；主题与愿相反；最终断定《围城》不是小说。笔者认为这种批评是失“度”的。
Literary criticism should say “degree”, and should not “kill” or “kill” writers’ works. Judging author’s works dialectically and seeking truth from facts is the healthy development of literary criticism. Sun Wangjun criticized Qian Zhongshu’s “siege”, saying that the characters are not typical of literature and are philosophical concepts; the structure is loose and the plot is too complicated; the writing is too cultural; the theme is contrary to the wish; and ultimately, the conclusion that “the siege of the city” is not a novel. I think this criticism is “degree” of loss.
