研究利用PCR-DGGE方法对堆肥中厌氧氨氧化菌16S r RNA基因特异扩增,检测堆肥厌氧氨氧化菌种属及多样性水平。结果表明,牛粪堆肥中厌氧氨氧化菌群组成与海洋环境不同。海洋环境中Candidatus Scalindua属厌氧氨氧化菌为优势菌群,而牛粪堆肥中厌氧氨氧化菌中优势菌属为Candidatus Brocadia、Candidatus Kuenenia和Candidatus Scalindua,多样性相对较高。可为堆肥发酵过程中厌氧氨氧化过程提供分子生物学依据。
In this study, PCR-DGGE was used to amplify the 16S rRNA gene of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria in compost and detect the species and diversity of anammox bacteria. The results showed that the composition of anaerobic ammonium oxidation in cattle manure composting was different from that in the marine environment. Candidaatus Scalindua belongs to the dominant bacteria in the marine environment, while the dominant bacteria in the anaerobic ammonia bacteria of cow manure composting are Candidatus Brocadia, Candidatus Kuenenia and Candidatus Scalindua, with relatively high diversity. It can provide the molecular biology basis for the anammox process in composting fermentation.
