11月22日,国家能源局在其发布的《国家电力示范项目管理办法》中确定了示范内容,对示范项目的申请、评估优选以及审批、实施、政策、后评估考核以及示范技术推广应用等9个方面做出要求,旨在充分发挥能源技术创新的引领作用,推进电力行业高效清洁、绿色低碳发展,加强电力(含火电、电网、系统储能项目)示范项目管理。
On November 22nd, the National Energy Administration confirmed the demonstration content in the “Administrative Measures for National Power Demonstration Projects” issued by the National Energy Administration. The application of the demonstration project, evaluation optimization, and examination and approval, implementation, policies, post-assessment and assessment, and promotion and application of demonstration technologies, etc. The requirements in 9 areas are to make full use of the leading role of energy technology innovation, promote efficient cleanliness, green and low-carbon development in the power industry, and strengthen the management of demonstration projects for electricity (including thermal power generation, power grid, and system energy storage projects).
