在阻断双侧颈总动脉和椎动脉结合低血压法复制的脑完全性缺血再灌注模型上,研究了缺血再灌注脑组织病理形态和丙二醛含量变化的关系。结果提示:洋金花总生物碱能抑制膜脂质过氧化作用,使缺血再灌注脑组织的丙二醛含量和病理形态改变减轻。动态观察血液丙二醛,可作为评价脑缺血性疾病治疗和预后的监测指标。
In the model of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion which blocked the bilateral common carotid artery and vertebral arteries combined with hypotension replication, the relationship between pathological changes of brain tissue and the content of malondialdehyde in ischemia-reperfusion rats was studied. The results suggest that the total alkaloids can inhibit membrane lipid peroxidation and reduce the content of MDA and the pathological changes in the brain tissue after ischemia-reperfusion. Dynamic observation of blood malondialdehyde can be used as a measure to evaluate the treatment and prognosis of cerebral ischemic disease.
