由于在菌根菌与树木共生时,既存在着一般的生理适应性,同时也存在着生理上的差异,所以不同菌根菌与各树种之间的共生效果是优劣不等的。为了选择良好的共生体,用于林木丰产栽培,1982年以来,我们对几种菌根菌接种后的一些亚热带主要树种的幼苗,进行了硝酸还原酶活性和硝态氮含量的测定,以及幼苗生长情况的观察,以探明不同菌根菌对促进苗木体内氮代谢的效果。现将试验结果初报如下。
