为了分析比较自卸车方形车箱和U形车箱的结构强度,对这两种主流车箱分别进行了三维建模,在外形尺寸相当的条件下比较了它们的主要参数,然后利用HyperWorks建立有限元模型,分别对其进行满载和超载工况下的有限元静力分析。结果表明,在满载工况下,两种车箱的应力情况接近;在超载工况下,U形车箱的应力情况不如方形车箱,方形车箱还有很大的轻量化空间。分析结果为以后两种车箱的改进设计提供了参考。
In order to analyze and compare the structural strength of the square box and the U-box of the dump truck, three main models of the two mainstream cars were respectively modeled, their main parameters were compared under the same size and then the finite element model was established by HyperWorks, Respectively, under full load and overload conditions of finite element static analysis. The results show that under full load conditions, the stress conditions of the two kinds of carriages are close. Under the overload condition, the stress of the U-shaped carriages is not as good as that of the square carriages. The square carriages also have a lot of light weight space. The result of the analysis provides a reference for the improvement design of the two kinds of carriages in the future.
