目的研究Hpa在子宫内膜组织中的表达情况及其与子宫内膜癌侵袭性的关系。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测105例子宫内膜癌组织,正常子宫内膜、单纯性增生、复杂性增生及不典型增生子宫内膜组织各30例中Hpa的表达。结果 Hpa在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增殖症及子宫内膜癌中的表达呈递增趋势(P<0.05),Hpa在子宫内膜癌中的表达与其病理类型、临床分期、组织分化程度以及有无淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 Hpa与子宫内膜癌的侵袭性相关,对Hpa的抑制有望作为子宫内膜癌的一个治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of Hpa in endometrial tissue and its relationship with the invasiveness of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of Hpa in 105 cases of endometrial carcinoma, normal endometrium, simple hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium. Results The expression of Hpa in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma showed an increasing trend (P <0.05). The expression of Hpa in endometrial carcinoma correlated with the pathological type, clinical stage, histological differentiation and Whether lymph node metastasis is closely related. Conclusions Hpa is related to the invasiveness of endometrial carcinoma and the inhibition of Hpa is expected to be a therapeutic target for endometrial carcinoma.
