针对中原油田抽油机井泵效和系统效率普遍较低、油井维护工作量大的问题,参考江苏、胜利等油田优化参数、提高系统效率的做法,结合中原油田系统测试情况,进行了深入细致的综合分析对比后,认为近年来抽油机井工作条件普遍发生了变化,有必要科学合理地调小抽油机井的冲次,并给出了实施方法,目的是有效地提高抽油机井的系统效率,节能降耗,同时延长抽油杆、油管的使用寿命,延长抽油机井的免修期,达到降本增效的效果.
