目的研究颈部皮下间隔注射花生油对SD大鼠血液生化指标的影响。方法大鼠随机分为2组(实验组和对照组),实验组大鼠隔天注射1次花生油,连续7次,对照组注射生理盐水。给药结束后,将其处死后称取心脏、肝脏、脾脏、胸腺、肾脏、睾丸、附睾及脑等主要脏器湿重,并计算脏器系数,常规方法测定大鼠外周血血液指标、生化指标及电解质指标等。结果①一般观察表明,实验组动物颈部出现膨胀,剖检时注射部位皮肤明显增厚,且颈部皮下出现胶冻样物质;②实验组雄鼠附睾脏器系数显著高于对照组动物(P<0.05),其它各相关脏器系数在2组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③外周血PT显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其它血液生化及血常规指标与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SD雄鼠颈部皮下间隔注射花生油,对血液生化等相关指标无显著影响。
Objective To study the effects of subcutaneous injection of peanut oil into the neck on blood biochemical parameters in SD rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into 2 groups (experimental group and control group). The rats in experimental group were injected with peanut oil once a day for 7 consecutive days, and the control group were given normal saline. After administration, weighed and weighed the vital organs such as heart, liver, spleen, thymus, kidney, testis, epididymis, brain and other organs, and calculated the organ coefficient. The peripheral blood blood parameters, Indicators and electrolyte indicators. Results (1) The general observation showed that the neck of experimental group appeared swelling, and the skin of the injection site was obviously thickened at the time of necropsy and the jelly-like substance appeared in the neck subcutaneous tissue. The organ coefficient of epididymis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other related organ coefficients between the two groups (P> 0.05). ③ The peripheral blood PT was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other blood biochemical and hematological parameters compared with the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The injection of peanut oil into the neck of SD male rats subcutaneously has no significant effect on blood biochemistry and other related indicators.
