本文根据对益阳市赫山区农业面源污染的调查,分析了农业面源污染的情况及成因,提出了农业面源污染防治的具体对策:尽快制定、完善相关法律法规;积极推行规模经营;加快推广科学施肥施药技术;加强生态农业建设:实施乡村清洁工程;加大农业面源污染监测与执法的力度。
