随着医疗体制改革进程不断加快,医保制度的不断完善,一些科学的管理制度和模式正不断融入各大医院管理体系中。医院财务内控制度作为医院管理体系的重要组成部分,其优劣直接影响整个医院的运作。门急诊收费处作为医院财务管理核心—财务处的重要组成部门,每天要接待大量病人,接触大量现金、票据,对医院门急诊收费的监督管理已成为医院财务管理的主要组成部分。因此,加强对其内控制度的建设对优化内控环境、完善管理制度、提高人员素质乃至推动整个医疗体制改革的深化都具重要的意义。
