现阶段,石油企业已成为我国的支柱性产业,近年来石油原油处理和进口原油量增多,使得原油种类逐渐增多,原油含硫量以及酸度值不断上升,这些都使得在原油加工过程中产生酸性以及硫化气体,逐渐腐蚀设备。腐蚀问题已经是现阶段石油企业面临的最大难题,对石油化工企业造成了发展上的重大危险。不但造成炼油厂经济实力的降低及损失,还严重影响了环境。文章通过分析炼化设备的腐蚀原因和根本机理,阐述了一些设备的防腐技术,并进行总结归纳,提出更合理科学的防腐方式。

By analyzing the corrosion causes and the fundamental mechanism of the refining equipment, the article expounds the anticorrosive technologies of some equipment and summarizes them and puts forward a more reasonable and scientific anticorrosion method.
