在建筑行业的市场化运营过程中,承发包双方通过签订合同确定法律合作关系,根据合同中的规定进行款项结算,解决工程项目建设过程中的各种矛盾问题。但是在实际运作工程中,存在权益向发包人倾斜的现象,使承包人处于被动地位,在工程项目实施过程中承担着较大的法律风险。因此,在工程项目管理中,必须强化法律意识,加强法律风险控制手段,规避法律风险。本文将对建筑工程项目管理的法律风险问题及控制手段进行分析。
